Microfluidic Device Process
CLiPP, the Contact Liquid Polymer Process, is a fabrication process designed for not only the rapid prototyping of microfluidic devices, but also for the production of microfluidic devices. The CLiPP process is perfect for single or multi-dimensional structures, and is used with readily available liquid UV polymers. The process is suitable for creating hydrophobic or hydrophilic surfaces and channels. Contact Liquid Polymer Process (CliPP) modules can be mounted on any OAI mask aligner system for manufacturing of microfluidic devices.
